If you want to move your e-bike in the field sportily, its drive train quickly reaches its limits. This can result in unclean switching operations when switching under load and chain tearing. SRAM's engineers have tackled this problem and have introduced the EX1 to a shifting group specifically designed to meet the needs of e-bikes. With a wide range cassette with only 8 speeds, you can use the extra power of the engine support while accelerating perfectly, without having to shift too many gears. Equipped with SRAM's tried-and-tested 1-speed technology, you can intuitively load the gears under load without the risk of chain spills or material damage.

The lightweight EX1 crank arms have been specifically designed for the Bosch and Brose mid-size engines. Its sturdy and robust construction is also suitable for applications in rough terrain.
